The Family Suite with Matterhorn view includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Select rooms feature balconies with views of the Matterhorn or Mischabel Mountains. All rooms include coffee/tea facilities, minibars, flat-screen TVs, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers, and Pure Altitude toiletries. Some rooms offer connecting doors for families. New Mirabeau Etoile building includes superior rooms, junior suites and two luxury penthouse duplex apartments. Select rooms include oak wood parquet flooring and insulating windows.
Diverse Dining Options
The resort features three restaurants: L'Epicure, Restaurant Veranda, and Marie's Deli. L'Epicure focuses on French cuisine with alpine touches and a Parisian atmosphere. Signature dishes include 'Lobster linguine served on a Cognac refined lobster bisque sauce and flakes of Bottarga'. Restaurant Veranda serves a daily breakfast buffet and a Tasting Menu in the winter garden. Marie's Deli provides homemade delicatessen, local specialties, and French delicacies. The bar offers cakes, hot chocolate, and Ronnefeld tea. The Josef's Wine Lounge offers drinks. The Valaisan evening takes place once a week, where guests enjoy Jodel music.
Spa and Wellness
The Alpine Hideaway Spa includes a mountain herb-scented sauna, mountain crystal steam bath, Valaisan wood sauna, glacier shower, and relaxation waterbeds. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Services include Pure Altitude treatments, massages, peelings, and couples' treatments. A new heated outdoor pool is under construction with views of the Matterhorn. Guests can enjoy mountain-flower steam bath, sauna, Private Spa, outdoor Athrium, cosmetic treatments, massages and peelings, treatments for couples and a hot-stone herb bath.

helpful receptionists breakfast options matterhorn view
i really enjoyed my stay. the receptionists were helpful. breakfast was great, and it had various options with porridge. (perfect for hot food cravings.) the room had a view of the matterhorn and a welcome chocolate on the table.
the light in the room was flashing.

great stay
stylish area inviting space great location
the common areas were stylish and inviting. i wanted to relax there with a drink. the location was fantastic! it was close to the train station and ski rental stores. after skiing, the hotel allowed us to use the showers and changing rooms next to the luggage storage.
the room lights were flashing and, even though the staff knew, they were not changed.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. They provided useful information about local attractions. housekeeping was efficient and kept the room tidy. i really appreciated their attentiveness.

the hotel features a spa with a sauna and steam room, though i did not use them. there is a luggage storage room, very helpful when you need to store luggage before check-in or after checkout. the gym has several machines.

improper room uninterested staff
breakfast included a great variety of options. the location was central and convenient.
the room i booked was not properly cleaned upon arrival. i had to repeatedly request for the room to be cleaned, but staff looked uninterested in resolving the issue. this lack of attention significantly detracted from my experience.
